HOMEBREW SHOP BEER INGREDIENT KIT

Abbey Normal- A deep reddish, moderately strong, malty, complex Belgian ale with orange esters and rum/raisin flavors. 

American Amber Ale- An amber colored, toasty/bready and caramel flavors. Medium bitterness with light hop flavors and aromas. 

American Pale Ale- An amber colored, refreshing, malty pale ale with high hop flavor and bitterness. 

Belgian Dark Strong- Robust maltiness and spice with a delicious complex and crisp hop finish. 

Belgian Triple- A pale, somewhat spicy, dry, strong Trappish ale with a pleasant rounded malt flavor and firm bitterness.  

Belgian Wit- A pale gold ale brewed with wheat and barley, lightly hopped, fruity, spicy and refreshing with a dry finish. 

CREAM Ale- A very refreshing, thirst quenching light ale flavored with corn in the mash. Our take on a popular Wisconsin beer. 

Dust Bunny Citra IPA- A deep golden to orange, malty IPA with intense citrus & tropical aromas of grapefruit, passionfruit and lychee. Our take on a very popular Indiana beer. 

Dunkel Weiss- A medium dark, malty, refreshing wheat-based ale with a moderately strong banana and clove flavor. 

English Brown Ale- A medium bodied rich brown ale, malty sweet, somewhat toasty, and refreshing with mild spicy/floral hop tones. 

Extra Special Bitter- A medium bodied, deep amber, English ale with significant hop flavor and bitterness. (AHA National Bronze Medal Winner) 

Extra Stout- A deep dark brown, moderately strong, creamy, malty, roasty ale with medium hop bitterness. 

Gumball Head Clone- An American hoppy wheat ale, bright and refreshing with a lemony finish. 

Hometown Industrial Porter- A very dark brown, malty ale with a complex and flavorful roasty and chocolate character. 

Honey Golden Ale- Very refreshing, thirst quenching light ale flavored with honey. A very American beer that’s great in summertime. 

Klaus’ Kolsch- A simple recipe, easy drinking beer, delicate balance between grainy malt and hops, unique fruitiness from the yeast. 

Manhattan Project- A fruit-forward, moderately strong beer inspired by the Manhattan Cocktail. Very complex deep red ale brewed with rye malt, tart cherries, bitter orange peel and whiskey chips. 

Matt’s Kitchen Sink IPA- A pale colored session-able IPA featuring a generous dose of dry hopping. An American classic! 

Milk Stout- A jet black beer with toasted grain and bread flavors. Dominate black malt and chocolate malt flavors are balanced with lactose and low attenuating English yeast. A very classic version of a Sweet Stout. 

Ordinary Bitter- An easy drinking, moderate alcohol, full-flavored golden English ale with medium bitterness. 

Red Ale- An malt forward, full-flavored red colored ale with medium bitterness and mellow hop aroma. 

Russian Imperial Stout- A very dark very high gravity stout. This beer has layers of grain to create a nice harmony of flavors. Dark chocolate, coffee, dried fruit, and toasty grain take dominate characters. High bitterness is balance by residual sweetness. 

Saison- A medium Belgian ale, distinctive yellow-orange color, highly carbonated, well hopped, earthy, spicy, and dry with a quenching acidity. 

Smoked Honey Wheat- A deep golden, medium bodied American wheat ale with complimentary honey character that balances the subtle cherry wood smoked flavor. (AHA National Gold Medal Winner) 

Weissbier- A traditional German wheat beer that is cloudy with lots of banana and clove flavors and aromas.
